The exclusive menu will be created by Chef/Proprietor James Ford using the finest possible ingredients, and will be available for one evening only,
at a cost of £39.95 per person
or £139.95 per couple to include an overnight stay and a full English breakfast

1st course
Ham, pea and barley soup with shredded ham
Oxtail, parsnip and beetroot soup with croutons
Leek and potato soup with chicken stock
All served with mixed bread rolls and Melba toast
2nd course
Fish and chips, mushy peas and caper mayonnaise
Mull mussels and haddock with bacon, shallots and parsley
Seared Cornish squid and scallops with dill, honey and mustard sauce.
Haggis with nips and tatties served with whisky and red berry sauce
3rd course
Lemon sorbet with Raspberries
4th course
Herb crusted Lemon sole fillet with leeks in lemon butter
Beef Wellington with caramelized red cabbage and red wine and thyme jus
Venison sausages roasted with juniper berries and bubble & squeak, onion gravy
T-bone steak, Fat Chips, grilled tomato and mushroom, Lancashire cheese sauce
Shank of ham with roasted vegetables and potato mash, sage and honey gravy
Served with roast potatoes and seasonal vegetables

Jam roly-poly with custard and fresh berries
Sticky Toffee with clotted cream and Chocolate custard
Bread and butter pudding with vanilla infused custard
Hot chocolate pudding with chocolate sauce and vanilla ice cream
