Minced beef and fresh thyme in a rich red gravy in short crust pastry
Sheppard’s Pie
an old fashioned minced lamb pie in fresh mint and parsley gravy topped with minted mash and larded pototaes
Vegetarian Pie
Seasonal vegetables in fresh herb gravy topped with puff pastry
