STARTERS

Freshly made tomato and basil soup
topped with herb croutons

Quenelles of chicken liver pate with pepper chutney & toast,
  served with a salad garnish & Truffles dressing

Oven baked half red pepper filled with cherry tomatoes
 and fresh mozzarella with herb crust, honey vinaigrette

Button mushrooms cooked in garlic butter
with fresh herbs and served with crusty bread

Oven roasted Mediterranean vegetables in olive
oil and balsamic vinegar with melted mozzarella

MAINS

Roast rump of pork with apple and grain mustard mash
with creamy sage sauce and thyme gravy

Char-grilled aubergine, mint, beef tomato, feta cheese
 tomato and olive sauce with caramelised red onions

Pan-fried chicken breast on a bed of roasted herb
 mash served simply with rich red wine gravy

Grilled salmon fillet with leeks, lemon and dill
butter and a salad of apple & cucumber julienne & lettuce

Trio of mixed sausages and crispy bacon
with bubble & squeak, onion gravy and crispy leeks

basil, chilli, garlic and onion finished with cream

Pan-fried strips of chicken breast marinated in
Cajun spice, lemon & pepper andsweet potato cake and salad

Marinated chicken fillet in lemon and coriander with
 aubergine Rissotto and herb jus

Fillet of roasted chicken with oyster mushrooms and bacon
          on a hash brown with creamy tarragon infused white wine sauce

with fresh coriander and chili, set on a Chardonnay cream sauce

Baked goats cheese, aubergine, fresh coriander and
Cherry tomatoes in a savoury tartlet with rocket salad

warm salad of shredded duck, plum, mango and
 rocket with sweet chilli & raspberry dressing

Rosette of smoked salmon & prawns in dill and
lemon mayonnaise with a salad of cucumber, green apple julienne and baby lettuce

Grilled black pudding on a flat mushroom with poached egg and crispy bacon,
 drizzled with hollandaise sauce and red wine jus

Roasted half a duck, with summer berry and merlot sauce 
garnished with caramelised plum and orange
