Although I am not a vegetarian I am aware of the poor and unimaginative selection of food available to vegetarians when dining out. (Mushroom stroganoff and tomato pasta seem to be the usual suspects.) I have therefore created several dishes which are prepared and presented with as much care and attention as the other food served at my restaurant. I am confident that any vegetarian will find something to tempt them.
 Our food is home made daily on the premises from the freshest local ingredients so when booking please mention that there will be a vegetarian in  your party so i can ensure that you have the full selection of dishes to choose from.

ROASTED SWEET PEPPER FILLED WITH WILD RICE, PINE NUTS AND OYSTER MUSHROOMS
Grilled with cheese, served on a red pesto sauce

 

MIXED LENTILS WITH PECAN NUTS AND GOATS CHEESE SALAD
Topped with croutons and pesto dressing

CHAR-GRILLED AUBERGINE WITH STACKED WITH TOMATO AND FETA CHEESE
with fresh mint on a tomato and olive sauce with caramelised red onions

STIR-FRIED ORIENTAL VEGETABLES WITH HAZELNUT AND FIVE SPICE
In a sesame oil, accompanied by fresh coriander rice

RICOTTA CHEESE FILLED TORTELLINI ENRICHED WITH FRESH HERBS
with fresh tarragon, oyster mushroom, olives and cream. Glazed with cheese

PANCAKES FILLED WITH ROASTED MEDITERRANEAN VAGETABLES AND CREAM CHEESE
Topped with tomato & basil sauce and grilled with grated cheese

PAN-FRIED MIXED NUT ROULADE AND MUSHROOM RISOTTO
With fresh herb gravy and roasted cherry tomatoes
