Seating up to sixty guests, the beautiful Dining Conservatory has fresh and modern décor, enhanced with crisp table linen and lead crystal glasses. The food continues the theme of a modern/traditional fusion boasting classic English and French dishes beautifully presented and prepared using only the finest of local produce.
You may choose to treat your guests to Champagne and handmade canapés upon arrival, whilst you relax in our stunning lounge bar and await the arrival of your wedding party.

 Chef Proprietor James Ford will personally advise you on the best seating plan for your guests and will discuss the menu with you in order for you to achieve exactly what you want out of your day.
All food served at Truffles restaurant is created using premium ingredients, and everything is home made and freshly prepared on the premises. Whichever meal you choose will be perfectly cooked and served with careful attention to quality and presentation.

Our friendly and approachable staff understands how important it is to you that your day runs without a hitch. If there is anything additional that you need on the day, just let us know, and we will endeavour to cater to your request. There will be a Manager on hand throughout your day to ensure that everything runs as moothly as possibles.

After your meal your guests can enjoy drinks in the lounge, or in summer they may choose to sit outside on our beautiful heated patio area.

Chef Proprietor James Ford

James worked as the Head Chef in some of the finest restaurants in and around Oxford and London for fifteen years before buying The Parkville Hotel and opening Truffles Restaurant. He is greatly experienced at creating wedding menus and delivering impeccable food and service for large numbers of guests. As the owner, he takes great care in maintaining the reputation for excellence in food, ambience and service for which Truffles has become so well known. To ensure that his guests enjoy a perfect day James cooks every meal, and will be on hand before and during the reception to help the day run perfectly.
