Our wines listed are all “House Wines” but the Drodsty-
Hof from South Africa Bin 1 and 5 have been selected for
their consistent quality and value for money. We carefully
taste all the selections for your enjoyment. We have found
over the past few years “New World Wines” ie wines from
Chile, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand etc. Have
improved beyond recognition and seem to be gaining in
popularity on wines from: The Old World”

28. Louis Perdrier Rosé Sparkling-FRANCE £29.95
High quality vin mousseux from Pinot Noir, Syrah and Cinsault. The selected wines are blended
and after the second fermentation the cuvee undergoes a short ageing in vats on the lees to keep a good level
of acidity. Nice rose colour with a persistent mousse followed by numerous fine bubbles. On the nose the wine
has red fruit scents. A well-balanced wine showing on the palate the same aromatic fruity flavours as the bouquet.
